I'm not entirely too sure about the writing construct. I'm a bit divided between two topics either Plagiarism or how different educational subjects often clash on how they want their students to write. The whole idea of what a writing construct is confuses me so I'm not sure where to go about. I didn't really find anything because I wasn't entirely sure what I was really looking for. Are there any specific websites where I can find a topic that I can use ? Or do I have to specifically look for one by myself ? I'm still a bit confused about this whole idea !

I am glad I am not the only one confused on this.
ReplyDeleteJoy, perhaps it would be best you consider what writing constructs are before deciding which one to pick. There are all sorts of constructs in the the intro to ch. 1. If you decide to go with plagiarism, then consider why do students believe it's bad? And if the issue is more complex than a black and white kind of idea, you would explain why--this is how you explore your writing construct, you define it in it's current state. You would explain how even though there plagiarism can involve cheating, it is something done unintentionally by students most of the time.
ReplyDeleteThese are just suggestions though. Hope it helps. I can't tell you specific sites other than large databases. This is where you have to start doing the research and finding things about your topic. I can't just tell you where, specifically, to find information on your topic alone-- that's why it's called research!
